  • Built a headless MFA auto-approve microservice (FastAPI control plane, Docker-orchestrated KVM Android emulators, Appium) serving as the secure entry point for IT-operations automation.
  • Engineered a JWT-authenticated, allow-listed reverse-proxy integration surfacing the service inside a Django AI Ticketing platform without modifying either codebase.
  • Worked within an AI-assisted incident-resolution pipeline: RAG over Jira tickets using pgvector embeddings and a self-hosted Ollama LLM.
  • Hardened the service for delivery: async profile-swap with locking, service-token auth, localhost-bound emulator ports.

AI IT-Ops Automation Platform — MFA × Ticketing

AI-powered IT-operations platform automating the repetitive authentication and ticket-triage work IT_OP teams do manually (NTT DATA internship — integration shipped July 2026). • Built a headless MFA auto-approve microservice: FastAPI control plane orchestrating disposable KVM-accelerated Android emulators via Docker, with Appium driving Microsoft Authenticator approvals and live screen streaming over noVNC. • Engineered the platform's secure entry point: a JWT-authenticated, allow-listed Django reverse proxy exposing the service inside the AI Ticketing Assistant — zero modification of either codebase. • Platform AI layer: RAG over Jira tickets (pgvector embeddings + self-hosted Ollama LLM) generating structured incident-resolution plans and comment digests. • Hardened for production: async profile-swap with locking, token-authenticated service API, localhost-bound emulator ports.
